Stepping to the sign and waiting for public mass transit, "This shouldn't take to long." November 5th rolling over and over in his mind. "What's important about the 5th." As the bus approaches he fishes out the dollar fee from his pocket and places it in the bin, then takes his seat. He doesn't pay attention to those around him. He appears to watch out the window, letting his mind wonder back to the events of Saturday and of Jim's words later that week. Once the bus stops at the station he exits and heads for the main library. Inside he looks for the help disk and waits in line. When it is his turn he asks, "Where do I need to go if I wish to search old newpaper articles or magazines pertaining to a specific date?"

An elderly librarian sitting at the checkout counter helps the next person in line then turns to you and in broken English directs you to the second floor reference desk.

"Thank you" After leaving the help desk, he climbs the stairs to the second floor where the reference desk was located. He waited patiently to be assisted then asks, "Can you help my find old newpapers and magazines on November 5th or pertaining to November 5th.?"

A young mans looks at him kind of quizzically and asks "Do you have a specific year you are looking for because if you simply want November 5th that is a lot of past Democrats to go through."

Looking the gentleman in the face to show his sincerety, "Have you been keeping up with this J.F. story in the newspapers? Well now I'm curious as to what is so important about the 5th of November. I'm thinking that maybe something happened to him or his family on that date." (Brandon has no subterfuge, but is only being deceptive by not telling the whole story. He does have 1 expression, if that helps make it sound more sincere.)

(Narrator question Adam do you have the academics ability? If you do I will add to this.) The young man simply nods at you then directs you to the microfiche room wear he proceeds to bring you past Tallahassee Democrats for the Month of November going back twenty years and says. " This should get you started let me know when you are done so I can bring you more. But to help yourself you may want to try using the online resources too."

(No academics.) Following the directions given, Brandon heads for the desk with the microfiche. "Thank you sir" Brandon sits down and begins reading through the stories in the old paper. He'll takes notes on stories that may pertain to family tragedy or some crime happening to a male matching the discription Brandon can remember. (Brandon has seen Jack Flash before. I think twice)

After spending a few hours looking through the different sets of microfiche, there are several stories linked to Jack Flash. Most of the stories involve some sort of illegal behavior which include: Kidnapping Arson Breaking and Enter Destruction of Public Property Possible Terrorism Murder Assault Grand Theft Defacing Public Property
Which does Brandon wish to know more about?

With the intention of reading all the stories, Brandon starts with the oldest one first. He takes notes about areas the incident took place, how it happened, all the names spoken of in the story, and what messages Jack left. (I know this is going to take time to do. I do not expect everything this time.)
